Comparing my 14 plate XS which I bought in March with the few FL2s that are now on dealers' websites it looks to me as if sticker prices have actually gone up recently. The big hit will come in a couple of years time when none are available in main dealers and you will be offered the auction price. Judging by what's on offer at the moment this is likely to be my last LR. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

Same here, there is only the Evoque that suits my needs other than the FL2 but I may well be looking for a petrol version in the future, if not....is bye bye LR/RR for good |

Having a 60k RRS hybrid that does 31 miles on electric is of no use to me in any shape or form and certainly no use to my bank balance! ![]() |

once we all switch to petrol the prices will go up as CO2 levels rise, which on the news recently, are at their highest levels. Buy an EV and get screwed over on leky prices because the grid cant cope and money is required to improve infrastructure.

Absolutely spot-on. We fossil-fuelled motorists are the cash cows now.... but just wait until the taxman realises how much revenue hes losing to EV drivers. Then wait for the wailing and screaming when they are told to pay the difference in lost fuel duty etc. Ear plugs will be required!! I've decided to stop being a good example and will now just be a terrible warning..... 2008 TD4HSE - gone but much loved. 2014MY SD4 Metropolis - very much loved. |

Electric! In Australia coal is king. Electric wheelchairs...... green house gases as well! & then another 300kg of timber, or equivalent fossil fuel energy input for cremation for us oldies! It's either CO2 or methane for burial, not sure which is worse! Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!
