Folding mirrors and phone charging?

Recently my mirrors are struggling to close when the car is locked, but they close fine when I press the two buttons when the engine is running. Also at around the same time the cigarette lighter with Belkin 2.1ah charger is struggling to charge my iPhone 7... related? Maybe a battery issue?

These motors re always on the edge and just keeping enough power stored with all the demands, get a battery conditioner wired in and take it from there. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

It's under warranty so I'll just get it booked in - reason I bought approved was so I don't have to get my hands dirty for at least two years, I Was just curious as to people's thoughts on the matter.
