I wanted to ask a quick question about tow bars
(Some previous owner clearly forgot to put one on 😆)

I have a dreaded link to one I have my eyes on as have been quoted 500 for fitting a similar item

If you can use a socket set (and a torque wrench), fitting a towbar to a Freelander 2 is an easy hour at most DIY job. On your car, LR electrics are fully plug and play and can be done with the rear bumper on but is easier bumper off. Allow another hour for that and the jobs a goodun.
