I have noticed today a small oil leak from the pipe shown in the photo, there doesn't seem to be any way to tighten this joint, it looks like a ball and socket?

... off to the dealers again, hopefully extended warranty might cover it, if its an expensive fix

Mine has exactly the same leak pattern.
It's the crimped end of the pipe.
I wouldnt worry about it unless it gets worse.

If you can get/borrow a crimper with the relevant size insert you should be able to sort the leak yourself. looks fairly easy to reach from the picture. FL2 Metropolis, Loire Blue, ebony/ivory

I may just keep an eye on it then, not sure if the car is being swapped out in June
