^ Emailed my local SNT and got a reply from our PCSO to say she was aware of that vehicle and would look into it. I also tweeted the link to the traffic cops and the council as per your suggestion. Thumbs Up LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby

You can see said white van pulling across me at the 20sec mark

he then proceeds to go round the roundabout in the wrong lane, going past 2 exits and trying to come up the inside of me, beeps horn and then make a dash up the outside, when i am moving over to go past the parked cars

me blue, him green red it brake test area

You were clearly in the correct lane on entry to the roundabout. However, did you check mirror and indicate when opposite 2nd exit before changing lane to use 3rd exit? Too many use the outer lane at roundabouts assuming they can use it for the further most exits. White van man did. We just need to drive defensively to allow for the idiots. 10MY (Sept 09) TD4 HSE Auto in Stornoway Grey (Now Gone)

yes, checked mirror, indicated to move over in to the inner lane of the 3rd exit, white van man was seen and was behind me, but still beeped (which is what i reffered too him been in wrong lane) then instantly indicated to show intention to be moving over, (even though i was 2/3 over in to the inner lane) again checking mirrors

Even if I had staying in the outer lane the van would not have anywhere to go, when he reached the parked cars, but knobs like that

in two minds about sending the clips to the police as his action were dangerous Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
