i don't have experience with out TR, but if you want to meet at Tong and drive around without using TR let me know, and then with I'm sure it should give you a good idea.

My fl1 only had traction control but off-roaded well enough. But it had less power so the traction control had less work to do At work

I could well be wrong here but, while I was in lookers Colchester they had some export "s" models in, it sure looked like they were retro fitting TR. The Fl2's were heading for the Russian market. |

I have an S and it works great off-road. I miss the low box from my Defender but it does work pretty damned well. I'd say go for better tyres rather than worry about the gizmo box. |

I don't think TR will make much difference at all, only thing it might do is retard the throttle a little to improve control in tricky sections, also might affect the Haldex unit too and improve response to wheelspin. My Defender has no traction control etc and is perfectly fine so I think it is a bit of a gimmick on the FL2 TBH.

I have previously spoke to Iain (TFC) on the cruise control, he was sure it would able to be added, and the speaker control buttons too should be able to be added. Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis |
