OE xenons have self levelling motors built in and your car won't have either the wiring it the level sensors on the suspension.

Didn't I read somewhere that auto levelling is a legal requirement with Xenons and manual levelling is an MoT fail?

The MOT examiner can only check anything that is fitted. If any device is fitted and forms part of his formal checks and it doesn't work then he will fail it.

Auto levelling should be a legal requirment and will/should get picked up on an MOT in my opinion.

They have manual leveling, so why should they dazzle anybody. These are OEM xenon lights, so where are your facts to support your theory |

Why do they have self levelling fitted out of the factory?
