India 2014 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Auto Fuji White
My new FL2

Hi,
Well, I am going to buy FL2, SE edition in next couple of weeks. Have test driven X3 and FL2 SE, and have chosen FL2. I am sure my decision is all good abt FL2 SE. Anyway I got one question abt the lights. When asked with sales guy, its been told as Xenon and he says there are 2 xenon bulbs for hi and low beam. But I really doubt if its true. Can some one brief me on this ( if its xenon or bi xenon ). Incase if my decision to go with FL2 is not advisable, then plz let know with reasons.
Cheers
Anil

Thanx for the reply. So you mean that for high beam, it would be a combination of xenon and halogen.
Color: Yet to chose between black or white. I prefer black.
Enginer: Its 2.2 TD4 and model would be SE

I'm not sure how to explain it, because my english is limited. I hope I make myself understood: there is a membrane that open and close, when you change from high to low Thumbs Up so, just one xenon bulb, that's it Smile Yuri

Hi,
Got my FL2 SE. Its a marvel and no second thought abt it.
Anyway the only thing that's worrying me is the sealant for the moon roof. Check the snaps attached which have been taken on either sides of the glass. The way the sealant is fixed is too shabby. I mean if some one views the vehicle from top views, this looks very nasty.
Just wana know, if this is how the sealant gets fixed by default in all FL2s around the globe??
By the by, I did check the other FL2s at showroom and all had the same stupid finish as far as sealant for moon roof is considered.
Cheers
