When booking a service, I asked if the Alligence discount had been given and was neither told yes or no, just that if the vehicle attracted it, then the price would be discounted by the computer.

As the quote was over £100 more than my last B service, I presumed it didn't for some reason, so I spoke with the DP and low and behold they price matched, minus £10 an Independent LR garage.

Yes, the dealership invite you. Normally it's a year or so after you've purchased new from them or it used to be. Think it was a Gold Card, then they got replaced by the Allegiance Card.
