Alloy Upgrade - What are second hand alloys worth?

Hi

I have a 2008 HSE in Black with the 19" HST Shadow Chrome Alloys with Michelin tyres (6mm). I really want to get the Kahn RS200 Alloys. These seem really expensive so was hoping that my old alloys are worth something as a trade in.

What would my old alloys be worth? They were fully refurbed recently and tyres were replaced in Jan (less that 5000 miles)

Thanks

I bought a set of 4 alloys complete with good tyres for £80.00 on that auction site! Have since sold individual wheels for a good profit! 1998 300TDi Auto Disco, never to be forgotten.

I sold my 19" shadow chromes that were in mint condition with 6mm,6mm, 4mm and 4mm tread and got £590.

That's about the going rate for used shadow chromes. The are an old style wheel now and not as desirable as they were 2-3 years ago. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

Thanks for the info all. I guess something towards the new wheels is better than nothing.

My Essex boy roots is making me twitch for some big wheels!

Stick on some Evoque 20's! Perfect fit and no adverse effects. The ride is no different to the 19's either. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

A load of old tosh CG. They look perfectly fine with the standard 20" tyres. The overall diameter difference is just 5mm. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........
