Flat head screwdriver above or below the actual nozzle then twist and it moved to wherever you want.

Slightly off on tangent, what I did when I fitted new ones was to align each nozzle to squirt one to the passenger side and one to the drivers, the central jets cross cross if that makes sense. I was finding that sometimes one side would work and one not, leaving half the screen washed. Both sides get water now even with just one nozzle.
I used a dental scaler to align mine, very strong Thumbs Up

Put some rag on the bonnet if your going to start levering it around with screwdrivers. Squirt of penetrating oil won't hurt.

I have same dry area, tried a while ago to move with a needle, & the needle snapped in the nozzle!
