Hi Guys

thanks for the replies Very Happy

I am in sunny Manchester.

I thought it was the same as the Jaguar engine I just sold which is the same as the Mondeo Shocked

Just been to Guy Salmon at Stockport and ordered a new Gear knob black and chrome £20 plus vat ( any one know how you replace? )

cheers Mr C Very Happy www.justgiving.com/toptobottomtractorrun

Sorry couldn't resist Laughing

Basically that's all I did, a bit of pressure and twist and lift a t the same time and it came off straight way, then just revearse the operation with the new one and it should just pop back on no problem.

And welcome to he site Thumbs Up
