I would say the 'no power' i sthe cars 'limp home mode' which is in response to it thinking there is a serious problem of some kind. Luckily that one should be resolved by fixing the other things.

hi carlblake was there not a l/rover kit avalable if there is get the genuine one fitted and take the other back to the shop if they moan at you asking for your money back say who di i send the bill to to put right what they F d up rainy-city

get a grip of the sales man who you baught the car off and see what he can do for you as for getting hold of one i will leave you a p/m with a phone number of a local l/rover parts supplier in manchester/trafford park they should be able to help you find one ps they distibute genuine l/r parts to the dealer ships rainy-city

Its making me think they have cut some wires they shouldn't have, or been cutting the right wires with the battery connected which might have fried the ecu
