Well, tyres with studs would help, but I guess it is a question how often you have those conditions. Perhaps not often enough to concider driving with studs through the winter?
Sadly, no not often enough Sad , but I understand they are illegal in the UK anyway.

I did use them, rallying in the (ahem!) 1960s, but the studs fired out lethally on tarmac Whistle

England 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Zermatt Silver

I think you are all getting dsc and abs confused. When off road switch dsc off, this will mean the car will not back off the power when you need it - it doesn't change abs settings. This is what Tim means and is what every LRE instructor has told me. D4 HSE Lux for me
FL2 HSE Zermatt & Alpacca for the wife now gone
Skoda Yeti L&K for the wife.

I must confess: I do not understand how this is possible. Not at all possible. Where did they learn how to drive? Probably they never learned to drive.

Or they are driving on worn-out summer tyres. Then this might be possible.

Otherwise, I think this sequence possibly was made by Disney or someone else who knows how to make great tricks on film. 2008 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Automatic, Caspian Blue, Alpaca, Moon roof, Exclusive pack.
