I have added a new modification that will be on until I do the permanent facelift.

Pretty much a direct fit Nick. There is a lug that you have to cut off the bibs, then you use the two existing screws in the bumper and then for the third mounting screw, you have to drill a small hold in the underside of the bumper.

Have a read of the post above yours and I added a bit of info about their purpose. They are also very flexible so no problems with clearance. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come......... |

A better improvement it will be the fact that the water wont be splashed over the windshield when driving through water with higher speeds... This issue is a safety one, which, I believe, takes precedence before improved MPG... |

That could have something to do with it, but the guys I spoke with at Halewood LR said their main priority was to reduce drag and improve MPG and lower emmissions. It's my summer toy. I have always been into Vauxhall's and wanted something to tinker about with. So found this Astra Linea Rossa Convertible. It's an early 2003 model with just 28000 miles on the clock. Been spending time getting it as mint as possible.

I've just fitted the bib spoilers to my 2008 HSE. It would've taken me 20 minutes if I hadn't decided to put some captive nut things on to give a bit more security to the two new screws. I used the two screws that I removed when fitting mudflaps, for the new fittings as they are identical to the existing screws.
